Property prices in Cprus have fallen in the last few months and are probably now at the lowest they are likely to get. For cash buyers there are some good bargains to be had as vendors will often take substantially less than the asking price if the buyer has the cash and does not require a mortgage.
For anyone who has the cash and is looking for a retirement home now is the time to buy in Cyprus.

Well this is a tough Question as each country has pros and cons and each is individual to the purchaser.
Plus it depends if this is for purchase is for: Living - Rental investment - Capital growth investment Going off our statistics Egypt - Thailand - Malaysia |

Please be aware that even though Brazil looks cheap from the offset we have many clients trying to get there money back from developments that are not completed and a truck load of other problems. I don't want to tar all Brazilian developments with that kind of brush as i know people have invested and had good experiences, yet for me the bad out-way the good. Good Luck |

We recently sold a 3 bedroom house for 100K below asking price. As long as buyers have the guts to make a cheeky offer there is always a good chance of a real bargain.

At the moment it seems like Brazil is one of the best places invest in. The fact that two major sporting events will be hosted there in the next few years will certainly have a positive effect on the property market and upgrade the country's global status.
