Post Why not Germany?

Hi there, I see most british investors are looking to buy in the traditional warm countries. What about Germany? We had lots of private investors in the past five years and they are happy about the returns and stability of the market. But I must say, we focus on good and very good locations only, like Frankfurt am Main and parts of Berlin. Just curious to hear some opinions on this. Peter
