Default Willing to part-exchange

We live in a rural area three miles out of Mold, Flintshire and are trying to sell our 4 bed 2 reception Welsh farmhouse, which comes with a 2.8 acre field. Since my husband became disabled four years ago, after a brain haemorrhage, we wish to downsize. We are willing to consider a part-exchange with someone in the Flintshire/Wrexham/Chester area wishing to upgrade.

I am surprised that as properties are not so easy to sell nowadays, more estate agents are not making part-exchange a feature of their sales strategy.
