Not strictly a Zoopla issue but I used Zoopla to find out what price the house my daughter is buying had sold for previously. I was shocked to find it had sold for well over twice what she is paying now in 2007. Way above its possible value then. It had also sold six months previous to that for a more reasonable and accurate price. Seems very odd to me but there are one or two other terraced houses in the area all of which sold for the same high amount well over market value in 2007. It has certainly skewed the current Zoopla value which is completely wrong. It is difficult to find out more as it is a repossession. Any thoughts?
