Poland is a good bet

Poland, situated in central Europe on the southern end of the Baltic Sea is considered the next best thing according to propertysecrets.com and a study by Savills, the Estate Agents, has highlighted that property values in Poland are rising by more than 30% a year.

Regions such as Krakow and the capital, Warsaw, are well-known to investors and tourists, supply has risen and there are still many areas with the potential to offer good returns.

Propertysecrets.com added that cities such as Gliwice and Katowice are experiencing growth rates similar to those in Warsaw over the past few years, but without the level of interest seen in Warsaw.

A spokesperson for Propertysecrets.com remarked that third ranked cities are experiencing a higher average growth than Poland’s other cities. Currently, property prices are so high that residents are looking at renting rather than buying. Propertysecrets.com concluded that investors should look at Gliwice and Katowice.
