Hamptons International launches new website

Hamptons International, the London-based residential estate agency, has launched a new global website.

The facility consolidates all Hamptons’ property stock around the world and redirects customers to sub-sites relative to their country of residence.

This allows access to the most relevant properties for a particular client, who will also be updated on the latest market intelligence and have the opportunity of studying Hamptons’ buying and selling advice.

The firm embarked on an ambitious overseas expansion strategy in 2006 and has opened offices in Morocco, Italy, Monaco, India, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Oman over the past two years.

It is also now marketing properties in locations including the Seychelles, the USA, Pakistan, Portugal and Mauritius.

Hamptons International is a subsidiary of real estate group, Emaar Properties, which acquired the business in 2006.

Emaar Properties has since brought together its property management services portfolio under the Hamptons International brand.
