Measuring 42ft by 20ft with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and en-suite tiled wet room, at £500,000, this mobile home exceeds the budget of the average holidaymaker. The fully air-conditioned home is completely furnished and comprises a 6-seater leather suite and a 32-inch plasma screen TV and DVD system.
There are also plasma screen TV’s in the bathroom and the main bedroom. A luxurious whirlpool bath can also be found in the bathroom.
The mobile home is situated in a trendy spot in North Wales – Abersoch on the Lleyn Peninsula, the beach is just yards from the front door with spectacular views.
You can buy the mobile home for £500,000 but it is located on a renewable 20-year lease. In addition, a fee of £5,000 per annum has to be paid for ground rent. You can move the house should you decide not to renew as it can be transported in two parts.
Owners are only permitted to spend 10½ months per year in the home and must have a permanent main residence due to a legal condition of the holiday park it is situated on.
