£60,000 villas in Goa, India

Goa is the Northern Indian state, it boasts 60km of soft sand and is renowned for its peaceful beaches and turquoise waters. Fresh seafood, cooked with coconut and spices is plentiful on the beach.

David Stanley Redfern Ltd, the overseas property specialist, has many investment properties across Goa and their most inexpensive investment option is the Braganza World resort, prices start from just £5,520. The development is close to the beaches of Baga, Calangute and Candolim but is in a countryside location.

Another new development is Goa Raj which is in the centre of Goa and just a few minutes away from international nightlife and fine dining. Spacious 4-bedroom villas start at just over £60,000. According to David Stanley Redfern, these are an excellent option for first time investors and in the location which is becoming north Goa’s prime spot.
