According to Inspace Homes, its range of apartments at Harmony in Isleworth are proving to be popular with more than half of homes in the first phase have now been reserved.

The development is situated on Twickenham Road in Isleworth, on grounds once owned by the West Middlesex Hospital and boasts easy access to central London and is just 7 miles to Heathrow Airport.

Furthermore, the development is just a short distance from the green expanses of Syon Park and is close to the riverside village of Isleworth. Commuting into London is hassle free with Syon Lane mainline station around five minutes away with regular services into London Waterloo in around half an hour.

One, two and three bedroom apartments are available with prices starting from £199,995. Apartments at Harmony are housed in low-rise buildings set in landscaped grounds and many of the homes have a glazed balcony or terrace.

According to Sue Gresswell, Sales & Marketing Director at Inspace Homes: “It’s our policy to add value by including significant extras at no extra cost. Perhaps most valuable is the free parking space at Harmony, which, at similar developments, can cost as much as £5,000. We also offer free carpets and flooring throughout and a full range of quality kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. It all adds up to a great deal and saves purchasers thousands of pounds.”
