Newly-established online property group, Simplyzigzag.com, has announced a partnership with Home Buyers’ Advisory Service (HBAS), which will provide customers an easy way of finding the best mortgage deals whilst looking for a property.

London-based HBAS, an independent mortgage adviser, will have exclusive rights to offer members of Simplyzigzag.com, a selection of mortgage products from more than 120 different lenders.

In addition, its guide enables people to understand the buying process by explaining about mortgage options and provide help on borrowing limits.

Commenting on the new deal, Jane Tait of HBAS, is delighted with the new partnership as it will enable them to give clients their expertise. The company was established almost 25 years ago and has a wealth of knowledge to give to clients.

Raya Mamarbachi of Simplyzigzag.com, added that the new service will enable members a hassle-free experience when moving house. Our members will have, at their fingertips, a vast selection of products and services.

Simplyzigzag.com is a new online property service launched last month by Achim Amann and Raya Mamarbachi. It offers a no commission, web-based estate agency and a direct sales platform to homeowners.

HBAS‘ products include mortgages, re-mortgages, buy to let mortgages, life and critical illness cover, income protection and building and contents insurance.
