Housebuilder Miller develops in Cambridge

Miller, voted housebuilder of the year 2007 by Building magazine, is constructing a range of one and two bedroom apartments just north of Cambridge city centre.

A spokesperson for Miller announced that this is the first time Miller has built in Cambridge. The bulk of the apartments will be one bedroom and will appeal to investors and first-time buyers. Prices start from £199,950 and Miller believes they will sell fast.

The apartments are well situated for the city centre, which is just 3 miles away. In addition, Cambridge Business Park and Cambridge Science Park are nearby. The M11, A14 and A11 are also easy to get to.

Miller Homes is the eighth largest housebuilder in the UK. They operate through 9 separate regional organisations.
Cambridge is an old British university town and the administrative centre of the county of Cambridgeshire. It is 50 miles north-east of London.
