Persimmon Homes has built stylish new homes in an established residential location in Windsor Gardens, halfway between Moseley and Solihull, South Birmingham.
The development near the Stratford upon Avon canal comprises 105 new apartments, semi-detached and detached homes and a spokesperson for Persimmon Homes said they are overwhelmed by the level of interest this development is generating.
Persimmon added that summer is usually quiet for property sales but we have been inundated with enquiries. Opportunities for new build homes in this area of South Birmingham are rarer which is why Windsor Gardens is causing such a fuss.
Furthermore, Persimmon offers a Part Exchange service. Persimmon buys the second hand property and the whole process, including the sale of that property removing a large amount of the stress and hassle associated with moving home.
Persimmon is the UK’s leading house builder and was established by Duncan Davidson in 1972. The group’s headquarters are is based in Fulford, York.
