It has emerged by Directors of Investors Provident that an increasing number Britons are looking to invest in countries such as Brazil, Egypt and Morocco rather than the traditional overseas destinations.
The research showed that this is mainly due to tremendously low property prices. For example, in Egypt, you can buy properties for £16,000 which is extremely inexpensive. Brazil offers apartments on the beach for a mere £40,000. Morocco is at a similar price with good quality prices selling for approximately £35,000.
It has also emerged by Investors Provident that the Indian property market also offers good long-term investments.
