Bryant Homes receives interest at Cranford Pines development

Bryant Homes has announced that its Cranford Pines development has achieved a flurry of visitors as a result of its semi-rural location but has the added benefit of being nearby to the amenities of Wokingham town centre.

The development has already received six reservations out of the 34 homes on the site. The Cranford Pines development comprises two-bedroom apartments, as well as two and three-bedroom homes through to large four-bedroom detached family properties.

According to Neil Simpson, regional sales and marketing director of Bryant Homes: “Cranford Pines offers an appealing semi-rural proposition, which explains why we have already seen such interest from house hunters. The development will be surrounded by trees to offer a secluded setting, but is also close to the amenities of Wokingham town centre.”

Prices at Cranford Pines start from £184,995, while three-bedroom homes are available from £274,995. Those looking for more space can purchase the detached four-bedroom home for £399,995.

Back in 2007, Wokingham was voted the number one place to live in the UK by Halifax Estate Agents.

The historic market town has an excellent range of amenities and has a sports and fitness centre and Bearwood Lakes golf course.

The area also has good primary and secondary schools, including The Hawthorns Primary School and Emmbrook Infants, Junior and Secondary Schools, which are all close to the Cranford Pines development.

Meanwhile, transport links are good with the M4 just five miles away, while Wokingham Station provides regular services to London Waterloo, Reading, Guildford and Gatwick.

Anyone interested in more information about the development can call 0845 671 3172 or visit www.bryant.co.uk.
