Lettingsearch.co.uk says it has enhanced its website with a host of “unique and valuable new services”.
The rental-only property portal has based its new offerings on agent feedback and now provides weekly key statistics, which give agent-specific information on the volume of landlord and consumer leads received, as well as the number of clicks through to an agent’s own website.
The new facility should allow agents to evaluate the performance of their businesses and monitor returns on their investment in lettingsearch.co.uk.
Additional upgrades include a “feature property” marketing tool that allows agents to display properties more prominently; a more user-friendly registration page for tenants and a Property Index Report showing average rental prices by type of property in different localities.
The firm’s spokesman, Phil Calderbank, says: “Not only are agents now able to benefit from statistics revealing their business performance on the site and from data on their local lettings markets, but they can also expect a more targeted and superior quality of tenant and landlord leads.”
Earlier this month, lettingsearch predicted that the upward trend in UK house prices would be a boon for the lettings market.
Recovery in the housing market appears to be outstripping that in the wider economy and the company expects prospective first-time buyers, wary of getting their fingers burnt, to opt for rental accommodation.
