Newly-established online property group, Simplyzigzag.com, has announced it has teamed up with one of Bulgaria’s leading real estate companies.

The partnership will allow Simplyzigzag.com to offer properties in nearly all resorts and cities within Bulgaria, including the desirable area of the Black Sea and the mountainous ski regions.

In addition, Simplyzigzag.com is soon to be offering holiday apartments in Obzor, which is near to the Black Sea region and one of the most renowned summer resorts in the country.

Commenting on the partnership, Director of Simplyzigzag.com, Achim Amann, said over recent times, there has been a focus towards Eastern Europe as properties in Western properties have become very costly.

Bulgaria is an up-and-coming country as it provides everything from a summer resort to winter skiing, at reasonable prices, added Mr Amann.

As part of the partnership, clients will be able to choose from new developments, houses, villas, hotels, plots and commercial properties.

Properties currently on offer from Simplyzigzag.com include 8 new apartments in Varna, Bulgaria, due to be completed August 2009. Prices range from €77,000 - €260,000.

Furthermore, a 9 apartment-complex in Varna, Bulgaria will be available with prices ranging from €147,000 - €225,000.

Both apartment blocks comprise the latest technology, luxury interior and underground parking.

Simplyzigzag.com is a new online property service launched in June by Achim Amann and Raya Mamarbachi. It offers a no commission, web-based estate agency and a direct sales platform to homeowners.
