A huge issue currently when thinking about buying a house is affordability, furthermore, 5 interest rate hikes is making buyers re-consider how much they can afford to borrow.
George Wimpey North West is giving buyers £600 every month for 2 years towards their mortgage, providing they reserve one of the properties at their development in South Liverpool.
The offer is available at Chatsworth Gardens, Wavertree Garden Suburb and has a variety of modern 2-bedroom apartments, 3-bedroom semi-detached homes and 4 and 5-bedroom detached houses.
The development is within walking distance of Allerton Road and the large number of bars, restaurants and shops that it has to offer. In addition, public transport is good and the M62 is just a short drive from the development, making it ideal for commuters.
The offer of £600 a month for 2 years means buyers can purchase a new property without worrying about finding the money to make their mortgage payments. Therefore, buyers will have spare money to put towards other items such as new furniture.
A spokesperson for George Wimpey North West commented that this offer will be appreciated by many buyers who are either struggling to get on the property ladder or have previously thought they cannot afford to make the next step up.
