Florida – a solid long term investment

UK Property investors are still looking to Florida for a good investment and a recent report from GE Money Home Lending has showed excellent growth through their British Mortgages Abroad products.

The report follows the recent low house price inflation in America which has put off many potential investors of buying a property there. The Florida property market showed that house price inflation kept strong at 9.5% last year and it is still performing strongly for Britons looking to purchase a home in the US.

The US market is going through many changes with a slow down in house price inflation of 6.5% across America. It would be imprudent for investors to sell their property in Florida at a time when the economy is unsettled.

However, Florida does initially appear to remain a solid investment for the long term.
