Redrow Homes (South West) is offering incentives to people who can complete before Christmas. These include a 5% deposit plus stamp duty paid, fully-fitted carpets throughout your new home or Redrow could pay £500 a month towards your mortgage for 2 years.

Sandra Hughes, sales manager for Redrow, said this time of year can be stressful for homebuyers so we are trying to make life easier by offering them homes that they can move straight into.
