According to 1st Property Investment, first-time buyer uncertainty in the south-east is providing investment opportunities.

The company said a number of developers are offering packages that may appeal to many. Furthermore, long-established first-time buyers are losing confidence due to the current property price falls, many are in “wait and see” mode.

1st Property Investment continued that currently, it is probably the strongest moment people have had in the last few years to get a good deal done in London and the south-east.

In particular, large developers are looking to improve their year, because they were expecting a better year than they had and therefore we have been achieving deals that we have never seen before 1st Property Investment concluded.
