Cullen Property, an Edinburgh-based company that manages more than 270 properties within the city, has appointed Steve Coyle to be its new Operations Director.
Steve will join Managing Director Malcolm Warrack on the board of the company, where he has worked as Property Lettings Manager for the past five years
Steve Coyle will lead a team of ten staff, initially focusing on strengthening Cullen Property’s ties with new and existing tenants and landlords. Cullen Property specialises in acquiring and managing properties for clients looking to invest in, and let out, residential property in Edinburgh. The appointment reflects the company’s continued growth in an expanding market.
His extensive customer service experience and business acumen will make Steve Coyle invaluable for the future strategic development of Cullen Property.
Edinburgh is not immune to the current economic climate, but its position as a strong centre for tourism, financial services and education allows it to remain buoyant amid the current challenges.
The private residential letting market, and especially student rentals, are weathering the credit crunch and continue to deliver substantial returns to long-term investors.
