A new service created by Evaluate Technologies enables consumers to select a mortgage to suit their own needs, without having to rely on a mortgage broker.
The new mortgage comparison tool, called EvaluateConsumer, has been designed to offer consumers the facility to see a list of mortgages that they are eligible to apply for.
The consumer can complete the mortgage application process online with access to help from selected broker partners if required.
Users are invited to enter the specifics of the mortgage enquiry into a form. The information is then interrogated against all published lending policy to give the consumer a list of accessible products.
The user is also provided with easy-to-use tools that can help them to choose the best product for them personally based on their own circumstances.
EvaluateConsumer displays all of the deals from the UK’s major competitive lenders.
Paul Fradgley, chief executive officer at Evaluate Technologies, says: “Our research indicates that there is a large and growing group of consumers that is actively seeking a solution that will allow them to research the best mortgage for them online.”
