Award for Britannia Building Society

The recent annual Moneyfacts Awards have taken place and Britannia Building Society has received the title of Best Provider of Three-Year Fixed Rate Mortgages. The award identifies banks and building societies that have presented customers with the most competitive products, the highest levels of transparency and the greatest innovation over the last 12 months. It beat other brokers such as Yorkshire Building Society and Alliance & Leicester.

The accolade goes well with Britannia’s current marketing campaign – the True Cost Challenge. It demonstrates how to investigate the hidden extras in a mortgage, e.g. valuation charges, conveyancing costs and admin fees.
