According to a new study, the profile of people buying homes in the next 2 decades is likely to change significantly. The hunger for moving will rise as new generations emerge.
In addition, the report forecasts that by 2026, rising numbers of consumers will be living on their own, while multi-person households will rise during this period.
The report also shows that it is becoming more fashionable to live at home for longer periods of time and leave major life decisions until much later.
Outlooks and profiles will undoubtedly have an effect on the property market in the future.
