New 2-bedroom apartments are available for around £60,000 in Bodrum, Turkey. Britons contemplating investing in overseas property can also buy 3-bedroom apartments for under £100,000.
Bodrum offers attractive coastal views surrounded by the Aegean sea. Waterfront restaurants, citrus groves and olive orchards situated by sandy beaches make the picturesque scene complete.
Low cost airline services, the broadening of the mortgage market and a firm route towards EU membership can only make this area more popular.
House prices have increased up to 25% in some resorts over the last 12 months.
