A new luxury development has just been built on the south east coast of Cyprus called Eleni Gardens. It is set amongst olive trees in the Ayia Triada countryside and only 10 minutes walk from the beach.
There are 47 self-sufficient two-storey, detached villas comprising 2 or 3 bedrooms. Each property is built with a contemporary look with open spaces, private gardens and a swimming pool.
It boasts a marble staircase, built-in wardrobes, air-conditioning units in all rooms, Italian ceramic flooring and each villa benefits from natural sunlight due to the doubled glazed large windows throughout.
The development has been built in a serene environment but offers a range of facilities from taverns to supermarkets. The more active will take pleasure in the boat trips and water sports that are available.
Eleni Gardens is now on sale and only half the properties are now for sale as many have already been snapped up due to the 15% discounted price on offer to investors. Prices begin at CYP152,900.
