British investors tempted by exotic locations

Property consultancy firm, Investors Provident, said that Moroccan and Egyptian markets are seen as good investments. Property in Europe is generally bought by those looking to retire to warmer climates.

The company also commented that property in countries such as
Egypt and Morocco are less expensive and the returns are a lot quicker than those in Spain or France. The European countries still remain popular with UK investors but it has been reported that curiosity is rising in the more exotic locations, including Africa.

Recent successes have been evident in the Bulgarian market and interest is increasing in other far-away locations including China, India and Cape Verde, Investors Provident reported. These countries can offer sizeable returns but they remain a high risk investment.

Investment firm, Assetz, announced that Bulgaria continues to offer the best return, with a71% return on an investment.
