George Wimpey offers family living in York

George Wimpey has a new development in York aimed at families.

The development, called Revival on Tadcaster Road in Dringhouses, is just a short distance away from York City Centre, comprises four-bedroom homes ranging from £375,000 and the five bedroom, three storey Bexley homes starting from £414,995.

According to Anne Bagshaw, sales and marketing director, “the development really lends itself to family living because it offers such a lot of space.”

The development is on the site of the former York College and boasts a good location within easy access of the city centre with supermarkets nearby.

In a bid to entice buyers, George Wimpey is offering them the chance to part exchange their current house for a new home at the development.

The part exchange scheme involves George Wimpey buying the purchaser’s current house from them, leaving a buyer free to move as soon as possible.
