Taylor Wimpey has reduced its prices for a number of new homes in The Boulevard development in Coventry, a development of 142 one and two-bedroom apartments plus two, three and four-bedroom houses.
The Boulevard is the second phase of Taylor Wimpey’s regeneration of the former Peugeot plant in Humber Road, Stoke, part of the £200 million, 1,400-home Dominion Plaza scheme in the emerging New Stoke Village.
Taylor Wimpey are offering what they are marketing as “Change Your Life deal” which will allow at least four buyers to make significant savings on buying a new property on the development.
This includes a one-bedroom apartment reduced from £85,995 to £78,995, or a three-bedroomed Broadway reduced by £16,000 to £149,995.
This sales offer is compatible with the Easy Start shared equity scheme, in which first-time buyers only need a deposit as low as 5%, with Taylor Wimpey providing 25% equity in the form of an interest-free, 10-year loan, repayable in up to three instalments at the market value of the property
