haarts develops new website

The haart estate agency group has invested over 6 months and thousands of pounds developing the UK’s most advanced property website at www.haart.co.uk.

The site has been developed by Summit Media, the top web marketing agency, and is the result of intensive research into the habits of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.

In addition, the estate agent has created a new look with its branches receiving a makeover totalling £3.5 million.

haart’s chief executive, Paul Smith, said 70% of sales now originate online as buyers and sellers recognise that the web offers all the information they need to make those important home moving decisions.

haart offers immediate online property valuation for people looking to sell, plus quotes for mortgages and conveyancing. It also has a range of additional features, one including statistics to show how your property is being viewed online and how it compares to other similar properties.

Furthermore, each property listed on the website has excellent quality sales details and many have floor plans and virtual tours, information about the area and colour photos.

The website also provides instant email and text alerts as soon as a property is listed that matches their criteria.

Mr Smith added that by offering such a vast range of services, we can attract more people to view our customers’ properties which help boost their sale price and generate an excellent return on what is the most crucial investment they are ever likely to make.

As well as providing a full estate agency service, haart also provides mortgages, financial services and the much talked about Home Information Packs.
