Online property firm, Simplyzigzag.com, has signed an exclusive agreement with Turkish property developer, NaturaHan Residences, to sell the latter’s property development in Beycik.

NaturaHan is in the process developing a Wellness & Spa property at the resort, which sits on the coast roughly one-and-a-half hour’s travelling time from Antalya.

The eight villas planned all have views of the sea and the mountains that have given the region the nickname of “Turkish Switzerland”.

According to Simplyzigzag director, Achim Amann, Turkey’s popularity as a second home destination continues to grow and Beycik is an up-and-coming small resort with ample local facilities.

An unusual feature of the development is that purchasers can buy the land and then build their own villa. All plots are 1000 sq/m in size and prices start at price starts at £430,000.

Simplyzigzag began trading in June of this year, offering a direct sales platform for properties in the UK and overseas.
