Ten de-licensed pub buildings for sale in the north of England

Enterprise Inns is to dispose of property worth a total of £3m. The sales are being handled by the Newcastle office of Sanderson Weatherall. The ten pubs in the portfolio have all been de-licensed, making them more attractive for developers.

The sales represent several opportunities for local developers to rejuvenate some prime town centre buildings. The pubs occupy prime development sites in Darlington, Durham, Sunderland, Selby, Driffield and Church Fenton.

The pubs have been placed on the market as Enterprise Inns reassesses its wider business objectives across the north of England.

Enterprise Inns is one of the largest leased and tenanted pub companies in the UK, with an estate of more than 7,000 pubs spread throughout England and Wales.
