George Wimpey has reported strong sales at its Sandringham development in Eastcote, where 12 houses and apartments have been snapped up since Easter.
Properties available include one and two-bedroom apartments; coach houses; three-bedroom terraced homes and four-bedroom houses.
Prices range between £204,995 for the smaller apartment, up to £404,995 for the four-bedroom family home.
The developer promises that each property is finished to a high standard specification, including gas central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob, stainless steel hood and appliances.
Sales and marketing director, Tim Betts, believes that now is a good time for those who can rustle up a decent deposit to buy and take advantage of low mortgage rates.
The Sandringham development lies between Ruislip and Eastcote High Street and has been designed to include public open spaces plus a new community hall.
Commuters will find themselves with a 15 minute drive of the M40 and M25 and there are direct local bus services to Pinner, Northwood and Ruislip.
Information on all George Wimpey developments across the region is available by calling 01256 745 203, or by visiting www.georgewimpey.co.uk.
