Free bike for first-time buyers with Barratt

A brand new bicycle is on offer for first-time buyers in Bristol when they reserve a property at The Meadows in Siston Common.

Louise Ware of Barratt Homes said The Meadows development is within cycling distance of the city centre, consequently the properties are proving popular with first time buyers taking advantage of being on the cycle path into Bristol.

According to Ms Ware, environment issues are a priority for first-time buyers, with this in mind Barratt has offered a bicycle with their purchase to cut down on carbon emissions.

The Meadows comprises 222 homes with one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses, with prices starting from £139,000. The Dream Start option is a one bedroom property and costs from just £105,000.

Dream Start allows first-time buyers to own a new home for just 75% of the asking price, with no deposit necessary.
