Conservatories leading to a landscaped garden, attic, garage and cellar conversions are required for additional living space and are becoming extremely popular projects for UK homeowners.
The top ten alterations include a conservatory, loft insulation, a new fitted kitchen or bathroom, decorating the whole house and wood/laminate flooring.
