Norwich Union has launched a new product aimed at rental property owners.
Prestige will be of interest to landlords with large portfolios, who are currently paying annual premiums in excess of £50,000.
Mike Colmans, underwriting manager of the insurer’s property owners’ business, says: “Prestige is a bespoke package which is tailored to the needs of the property owner. Customers can benefit from a three-year rolling plan, providing them with ongoing support and advice from their dedicated Norwich Union contact.”
The policy provides a dedicated claims service that produces a quarterly claims report.
A specialist risk services team is also available by region, as is health and safety training, and a risk management programme.
The latter includes asset protection, legal liabilities and advice on managing and reducing carbon emissions.
An enhanced level of cover can be purchased, such as Norwich Union’s Distinct High Net Worth cover for company directors (which is available at a special discount), plus home, motor and travel insurance.
