At a time of consolidation in the property profession, Carter Jonas, a multi-disciplinary property consultancy, has been holding discussions with Newbury-based Dreweatt Neate concerning a possible merger of the two firms.
With headquarters in London’s Mayfair, Carter Jonas is a national firm of property consultants with 19 offices across England and Wales, specialising in London house sales and commercial work in East Anglia and Oxfordshire. Dreweatt Neate has 24 partners, 250 staff and 18 offices in London, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire and Somerset.
Should an agreement be reached, it would combine the resources of two of the largest commercial, residential and agricultural agencies in the UK.
