MontenegroPropertiesOnline.com has just been launched, the first property portal showing homes for sale around Montenegro. It is one of the newest property hotspots, the country boasts some of the most beautiful coastlines on the Adriatic with coves, sandy beaches and walled medieval towns. High extensive mountain ranges inland are completely unspoilt and it has the world’s second deepest canyon.
This country has been a well-hidden secret and the rich and famous were once drawn to its secluded beaches. Charming stone houses and modern developments, rolling green hills and freshwater lakes are appealing to many.
Montenegro is set to profit hugely from a rise in visitors and major investment in railways, airports, waterways and highways is underway. The government is keen to attract foreign investors and it has removed obstructions for potential buyers so that they have little to contend with in terms of paperwork. Investors have a number of options including land plots, stone houses and luxury developments along the coast.
The new website comprises property listings, latest reports about the property market and a buying guide. It will become a useful source of information for house hunters and property investors.
