Hacienda.co.uk launches new and improved website

Property search website, Hacienda.co.uk, has now launched its new and improved website - and claims it is set to become the UK’s most user-friendly property website.

The newly-established company has experienced huge growth and development since its launch last December.

Research discovered that nearly half of house hunters found traditional property websites difficult to use, with 30% thinking that they are just a list of properties.

Hacienda’s new and improved look means house hunters can streamline their search to find properties close to certain Nursery schools, Primary schools, Secondary schools, Petrol stations, Supermarkets or Hospitals.

The property portal also has clear and simple house maps and, as a result, is quickly establishing itself as a property website that works both with estate agents and consumers.

Guy Chilvers, of Hacienda.co.uk, said over 90% of the Estate Agents we’ve met so far have loved our business model and proposition. They like the clean, fresh look, and how easy it is for visitors to the site to find their properties.

Internet property portals websites are increasingly becoming the most reliable and cost effective marketing tool for Estate Agents, who now often prefer it to old fashioned methods like newspaper print advertising, added Mr Chilvers.

Our ‘pay by results’ pricing means the estate agents can reduce their advertising spend whilst obtaining improved results. As a result, we’ve recently doubled the number of estate agents using our services and also doubled our UK coverage.

Hacienda.co.uk is the trading name of The Useful House Map Company Limited. The website’s easy to use house mapping portal allows the consumer to quickly find available properties in a desired area displayed on a map.

The website was created by Paul Ordman after he experienced frustration during his own search for a new home.
