New Telephony Solution for Tesco Property Market

Tesco Property Market has introduced its customised telephony solution based on ContactWorld, the hosted telephony platform from NewVoiceMedia.

ContactWorld is the latest generation of hosted telephony platform from NewVoiceMedia. The modular platform was designed to process each individual caller in a special way according to spending patterns or previous call history.

Tesco Property Market, the recent business venture for the supermarket group, is to compete against estate agents by allowing property owners to sell their home online for a fee of £199.

ContactWorld provides an automated sales service where potential buyers who see a for sale board can immediately call in to hear information about the number of rooms, asking price etc.

Callers are then asked to enter the unique reference number on the agency board outside the property that is for sale. Callers are then given a one minute description of the property by keyword phrasing of a voice artist.

A spokesperson for NewVoiceMedia commented that they are optimistic that ContactWorld will help Tesco Property Market transform the housing market.
