Simplyzigzag.com, the fast expanding premium property portal, has joined forces with Properazzi.com, a property site that has the capacity to connect estate agents and vendors with almost 1.5 million homebuyers and investors, worldwide.

The partnership means that Simplyzigzag properties will now be indexed on Properazzi.com and accessible to the portal’s visitors.

Using Properazzi.com, prospective property investors can search by location and then filter their results by property features, price and size.

Access to relevant estate agents is simple because the portal is linked to agents’ websites.

Simplyzigzag director, Achim Amann, says he is delighted to be collaborating with Properazzi; his firm is currently partnered with certain UK and European-based property aggregators but is seeking to expand into more global developments.

Since its launch in June, Simplyzigzag has secured an exclusive agreement with Turkish property developer, NaturaHan Residences, to sell the latter’s villas in Beycik.

In addition, the firm has created a foothold in the US by teaming up with local partnerships in California and Florida.
