The National Homebuilding & Renovating Show comes to the NEC

If you are interested in barn conversions or a contemporary farmhouse then the National Homebuilding & Renovating Show could be of interest which comes to the NEC, Birmingham from 10 to 13 April.

The show has been running since the early 1990’s and attracts nearly 50,000 visitors over four days. This year‘s show comprises The Smart Home Show and The Eco Homes Show.

The Smart Home Show is dedicated to integrated home technology, bringing to life the practical and affordable reality of smart home solutions through a free, interactive programme of demonstrations, as well as seminars, advice clinics and specialist exhibitors.

The Eco Homes Show attracts those who have a keen interest in eco products and services. The show features all key product areas from renewable energy, insulation, heating systems and building materials through to products designed to save energy and money within the home.

Furthermore, for those interested in older houses, visit the Restoration Pavilion which has information and advice on restoring period features or renovating a property.

With more than 550 specialist exhibitors, the show offers free seminars and exhibitor-led master classes. The seminars include a ‘beginner’s guide to self build’ while the master classes focus on things like under-floor heating and what to do with your sewerage.
